yes its really sunglasses, this are just for fashion, even at night it can be worn to add the style of the one who wears it.

Hehe. These are similar in style (not in shape) to the one Kenya West wears. They are called shutter sunglasses. I think the website you mentioned has some rediculous shape and prices are too very high.
