I found these cool looking sunglasses but they were colored blue. I really want to buy then but ive read that blue light is bad for your eyes. its either that i misunderstood it or what I understood was right. http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hl-vs/iyh-vsv/prod/glasses-lunettes-eng.php skim down to "About UV Light and Blue Light"so i was wondering is it ok to buy them.... this is how they kinda looked like

It's just the color of the tint.I won't affect your eyes in any way, accept make things appear blueish when you wear them ;]

"Blue or purple lenses offer no real benefits and are mainly cosmetic" from Wkiipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunglasses.It is about halfway down that link.

By "healthy for your eyes" do you mean to ask if its beneficial to wear them??? or whether or not they are BAD for your eyes?

please rephrase your question, it doesnt really make sense..

The color of the sunglasses doesn't make your
eyes unhealthy. Actually it prevents yourself from
uv rays. So don't be afraid of wearing blue
sunglasses.
