Regarding the Oakley Straight Jacket (Polarized) sunglasses, I'd like to know if the lenses are made of plastic or glass and what the quality of these lenses is like, in general.

The lenses are made of Oakley's proprietary "PLUTONITE" material, a lens material that provides 100% UV filtering and, as Oakley claims, "unsurpassed impact protection".
This material is some sort of plastic, polycarbonate material, definitely not glass. Personally, from my first-hand experience from a pair of Oakley Spike Polarized sunglasses I have (which use the same material), I can tell you that it is pretty high-quality stuff. Very nice optical clarity, with solid durability. Definitely some high grade sunglass lenses, you won't be disappointed.
