I'm interested in buying a pair of polarized sunglasses. since I don't like the selection (and the prices) we have in stores here (Israel) I was looking to buy them online. well, I have 2 questions:
1. after checking many pages and models on e-bay I realised I like Smith brand the most, however at the moment they are way to expensive for me. so I'm thinking of getting the Suncloud brand, the "younger and cheaper sister" of Smith. is that a good choice? I need them for everyday use and a hiking trip I'm planning to do in the Swiss Alps this October.
if you have any other brand to reccomend I would really like to hear. something effordable, up to 50$.

2. which size do I need? most sellers don't mention the exact measurmens but small/medium/large fit instead. I'm guessing large will be too big for me. I took a pair I have at home that fits me well and meassured the lensses+bridge at around 130mm, and the arm is also around 130mm. so which size is it, small or medium?

thanx

If you are planning for a trip to the Swiss Alps, you can consider Goggles instead of Polarized Sunglasses. It provides complete protection to your eyes from snow, direct sunlight and wind.

I would recommend checking out SPY optics selection of polarized glasses. Their retail price maybe a little above the range you specified but it shouldn't be hard to find a reasonably priced pair. I have had two pairs of their glasses and am going to get a third pretty soon, I like them a lot.
