Purchase an shades repair kit. It should have midget enough screws. If they are designer shades, take them back to the shop and they should repair them, either for barren under guarantee or for a minimum fee.

You could try to find the fitted screws from other companies.It is difficult to find the screws that just fit our eyeglasses. And I don't know how to cut the tiny screws either.
