thanks for your precious suggestions as I'm too is suffering from the same tiredness and dehydration while glaring at the screen most of the time ... this is my profession actually ...
Well dehydration is certainly not a consequence of heavy computer usage. Anyway are their any specific types of computer glasses or just any other would do the job. My usage on the computer is around 9 hours.

Not a chance my boss wouldn't let me go off his eyes for a single second until their is an official break..and the work load is too high to take that kind of rest..anyway i have fixed an appointment with an optician on the coming Sunday so looking forward to it.

Well I would suggest you to please use the glasses that would help you to protect your eyes from the direct rays of Monitor... LCD .. I am also using this and it also make me help to find this.
