Default Re:Glasses for computer users?

You may as well get your eyes looked at since chipping away at the PC does harm your vision.

Well dehydration is certainly not a consequence of heavy computer usage. Anyway are their any specific types of computer glasses or just any other would do the job. My usage on the computer is around 9 hours.

Consult an optician and he will provide a suitable glass for PC usage. Also you can take a break every 20 minutes to rest your eyes.

Not a chance my boss wouldn't let me go off his eyes for a single second until their is an official break..and the work load is too high to take that kind of rest..anyway i have fixed an appointment with an optician on the coming Sunday so looking forward to it.

Well I would suggest you to please use the glasses that would help you to protect your eyes from the direct rays of Monitor... LCD .. I am also using this and it also make me help to find this.

Wearing a glass or using a screen filter will not help and the only way is to have some vitamins that increases the visibility.
