Default Glasses for computer users?

We all spent 8 to 10 hours a day in front of our system . after continuous work my eyes starts feeling tiredness.
Is their any sort of glass produced by any company to help out in this situation or if you can suggest any other type of home remedy for this problem.

The best remedy is to take frequent breaks while using computer like after every 30 min. Try and focus a distant object, looking our of the window will be a great practice.

If you use glasses apply anti-reflective coating on the lenses it helps decrease glare from the monitor.

Use a tea bag immersed in cold water. Close your eyes and place the tea back on your eyes and repeat 3-4 times. It will rehydrate your eyes.

Hope this helps

Really, such glasses existed here on earth? I don't believe so. Even those who don't wear glasses will feel tired after such a long time staring at the screen, not to say the glasses wearers.

Computer glasses are prescription glasses specially designed to allow patients to work comfortably at a computer.

I definitely have this problem as I work with computers.

I can't be applying teabags in the office lol. I decrease the brightness on my monitor rather than use anti-reflective lenses. They make lenses really hard to clean in my opinion.

I have a pretty low degree but my eyes get super tired from computer usage. I like to take breaks but at work, usually I dont have that liberty. It would be awesome to see if a local option has these mythical computer glasses, they always tell me my degree is too low for such things.

It is good if you wear spectaculars. You need to consult a doctor in order to get good glasses.

A lot of people find that having a very slight reading prescription when they are spending all day on the computer is helpful. I would recommend visiting an optometrist for advice. Also, frequent breaks.. even if just for 10 minutes can make a big difference.
Check out this website.
If you ever do get a slight prescription, look me up and I will process them for you at a good price.
Hope this helps
