The best remedy is to take frequent breaks while using computer like after every 30 min. Try and focus a distant object, looking our of the window will be a great practice.
If you use glasses apply anti-reflective coating on the lenses it helps decrease glare from the monitor.
Use a tea bag immersed in cold water. Close your eyes and place the tea back on your eyes and repeat 3-4 times. It will rehydrate your eyes.
