Which eyeglasses for Computer User?

Hi,
Please let me know which is the best sunglasses or eyeglass for a computer user. i regularly use computer 10 hours a day. sometimes i feel pain on my eyes. I listen about Gunnar sunglasses. are these useful

I don't have any personal expertise in which sunglasses are specifically made for "computer" usage, but I'm sure a simple Google search might yield some (possibly) effective results...

Keep in mind, however, that you should avoid using any kind of polarized sunglasses while viewing a monitor/TV/LCD/etc, not only does it create a "rainbow-like" affect to the colors of the display, it also is bad for your eyes, AFAIK.

Don't worry you can pick any popular trade name of yours. Many sunshades can be fit with instruction lenses. You can be fashionable too. Check out Best Buy glasses. You can be fashionable even when you figure out with your computer.

My pal also said about Gunar, but the causes that make eyes tired are not only because of the computer's monitors. Maybe you should also use some eyedrop medicine with vitamin B6.
