its really good for sunglasses because at home when we are dealing with computers also have radiation, which can give negative effects on our eyes and is not good, as well as use them on these computers.

I have come to know that in order to protect my eyes from UV rays I have to use Sunglasses as I have got PRK in my retina. I just want to know should I wear those sunglasses too while I am working on computers. Does the bulb or the florescent lights spread UV rays?
