I heard that every glass has a PRK of one year as the UV light causes steaminess on the optic. Does this only mean outdoor?

I want to wear a good quality sunglass, so that it does not affect my eye sight. This should also be able to protect me from the UV rays.

I found out I must wear glasses for a good year after Page Rank since ultraviolet dismounts cause mistiness on my membrane. Does this only mean extraneous? does the PC screen bring forth UV rays? what about light medulla oblongata or florescent tubes?

I learned that I must wear sunglasses for the entire year after PRK due to UV lights causing mistiness on my cornea. Does this solely indicate outside?

I heard I must wear sunglasses for a full year after PRK because UV lights cause haziness on my cornea. Does this only mean outside? does the computer screen generate UV rays? what about light bulbs or florescent tubes?
