Lots and lots of businessmen in my city have been wearing Maui Jims, it's like the new Rolex of sunglasses. Are these the 21st century aviators? Or is it just a passing fad. I personally don't like their styles.

I recently bought a new pair of sunglasses and was interested in Maui Jim's as well (for the same reason). It didn't take long for the sales lady to turn me off of them as everyone she pointed out wearing them was 45+. I consider myself to be fairly trendy and live in an area where image is everything (SoCal) and now wouldn't be caught dead in a pair of MJ's.
if its not your style and fashion don't wear them coz you just look bad and weird to others, but its not bad in trying new ones, even though you dont like the sunglasses but once you fit it its looks good on you, you'll love it.
johnnyoo.. what type of style do you like? Maui Jim has definitely stepped up their game in terms of various styles.
I definitely don't think Maui's are targeted for the 45+ crowd. I'm way under that age and I love my Maui's. Lots of my friends have them too and they're under 45. It could just be an area thing.
