Default Blue dots in Ray-Ban polarised lenses

Today I received the RB3025 001/57 polarised crystal brown aviators I ordered online and wore them. This is the first time I've ever owned polarised lenses. I went out at midday with no problems. When I wore them again around 5pm I started to get the occasional blue dot / hue appear randomly in the lenses. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? My sister says it is normal and Ray-Ban customer support say it isn't. I'm very confused.
