Default Wearing Sunglasses at Nightmode

To the ultra-hip, ultra-cool and ultra-trendy, wearing sunglasses at night is the "in" thing to do. Wearing sunglasses at night can make you look hot, stylish and fashionable. If you are into partying, clubbing and bar-hopping, wearing sunglasses allows you to hold off unwanted attention from people you do not want to talk to, because sunglasses literally hide your face and make you look intimidating.Unfortunately, wearing sunglasses at night also impairs your vision, and being unable to see at night is not a hip thing at all. Some people, however, opt to put shades on at night not out of any desire to look cool and trendy, but rather out of necessity. Light from streetlamps, headlights or any other light source outdoors and reflecting off the surface of the street often results in glares. Glares can distract and cause visibility problems, which can be hazardous when one is driving at night. Some people with night vision problems see wearing sunglasses as a means to cope with these glares.

Yes they are called HID lights. Alot of new cars are coming with them and people replace stock ones with them. The problem should not be the legal ones but ones people get off the internet that dont meet DMV requirments .

According to my opinion, it is better to use sunglasses with photo chromatic lenses at night.

If you get an awful lot of glare and you already have your mirror in night mode, might I suggest wearing sunglasses. This isn't actually as crazy as it sounds. Wearing sunnies will cut back on an awful amount of glare, and will peversely make the road a lot easier to see.

However, I'm sure that wearing sunglasses 24 hours of the day are also bad for vision (if you don't need perscription) Besides, the lenses that change to light takes the whole poin of wearing shades at night.
