received bad ray bans in mail, opticians or return them?

Hi i have just received these rare print ray bans from amazon.com today, everything looks legit from the start. how ever when i put them on i felt they were a little awkward. so i took them off and inspected them carefully, and what i found is that...they are not exactly symmetrical.

my question is, can an optician fix these problems or do i have to return them？
