Default Prada PR 50LS vs SPR 50L

Hi,

I tried the PR 50LS sunglasses at the store and really like it. I since been trying to find a good deal and came upon several sites selling SPR50 L which looks exactly the same. It's even $100 cheaper. I asked several stores and they all gave me different answers. They said it's the same model, S stands for Sun or S stands for Sunglasses..I honestly don't think any of them have any idea what they are talking about.

Is anyone on this forum able to decify what these different model numbers mean?

Thank you for your time.

It right. All brands makes eyewear and sunglasses.

Eyewear has a model number like FT5000 820. But sunglasses are marked with the S. It means the model name says either FTS0093 820 or FT0093S 820.

So they are right that the S =Sun or Sunglasses.
