ID this sunglasses?

I'm sure this has come up here before, but I once saw a sunglasses in a ship with four arms, instead of two. That is, there is an additional arm on top of the normal one, and it looks pretty strange, to say the least.

It also looked/seemed expensive. Does anyone here know what they're called? I've lost sleep trying to remember what its name was.
