Are these two sunglasses identical?

Out of curiosity, my son loved these particular style of sunglasses:

...these wouldn't happen to be identical to these, would they?

...I mean, I know the acetates/plastics are probably different but as far as style, the way they look, it appears identical.

Does anyone who works in sunglasses have any ideas?

I just may save $70...
